Do you provide a gift wrapping?
The gift wrapping is possible upon request. Please, contact us via email or add a comment to your order about the gift wrapping.
Do you have a CE certificate?
WoodandHearts is a trademark and our furniture is CE and CPC certified due to the major international toy safety standards, including EN71, ASTM F963, 16CFR, and 15USC 1278a.
How long do you prepare the order?
The production time depends upon the item you are interested in. In general, we need from 1-9 business days to manufacture the product.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 2-year manufacturing warranty for each of our products. If the product has any fractures or damages that have appeared during usage and it is connected to the quality of manufacturing or materials we will replace it.
