Yes, of course, we can wrap your package beautifully and add a small card with your greetings, just write it in “Special instructions for seller” field.

How long do you prepare the order?

According to our shipping policy the production may take from 3 business days to 7 business days. 

The delivery typically takes 10-20 business days as well. 

On average your order is ready to ship in a week.

Please note that we don’t work on weekends.
Also please remember that production and delivery are two different processes and have their own terms.  

How long should I wait till the parcel comes?

The delivery time to the USA is approximately 10–20 business days.

For Europe, the delivery time is around 7–12 business days.

Keep in mind that international delivery is unpredictable and delays at customs are possible. For international orders, after the parcel has left the warehouse, it becomes the subject of your local post office

As long as we ship pieces of furniture, boxes are big and heavy. Thus, there is a possibility that you’ll have to pay customs duty and/or import tax.

There is no need to pay any duties if you are from: the USA or EU countries, except for Norway and Switzerland.

Do you give any guarantees that I’ll get my order?

We are fully responsible for our products and delivery. In case of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product for free.

Therefore, there is no cause for concern.

Do you provide a warranty?

We provide a 2-year manufacturing warranty for each of our products. If the product has any fractures or damages that have appeared during usage and it is connected to the quality of manufacturing or materials we will replace it.

Do you have any returns or exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after receiving the parcel. In case the order is at the proper state but you still want to return it, all delivery cost lies with customer.

In case you want to return because of damage of the items, we will send you a new product for free.

Can you customize my order?

How should I care about the furniture?

We bring to your attention general useful tips on Waldorf furniture care:
- Dust should be removed from the furniture surface with a dry soft cloth (microfiber, suede, flannel) or special panicles.
- Do not use scrapers or hard-brushed sponges - they leave small scratches.
- Periodically wipe the surface with special antistatic agents.
- Remove dirt with soap and water, followed by dry wiping. Alternatively, wet wipes can be used.
- In no case should you use aggressive cleaning agents (containing chlorine, chemicals, solvents). No cleaning with abrasive detergents (soda).

Can I cancel my order?

If the order has already been shipped and is on the way to you, unfortunately, we can no longer cancel it.
