Return policy

At Woodandhearts, we stand fully behind the quality of our products and take full responsibility for both production and delivery. Please read our return, exchange, and warranty terms below.

Warranty Terms

  • 2 years warranty on all wooden furniture products
  • 10 years warranty on wooden dowels (nogs)
  • 30 days warranty on textile components

Warranty does not cover:

  • Products used outdoors or exposed to weather
  • Damage due to incorrect assembly, improper use, or modifications
  • Loss or theft after delivery

Damaged, Lost, or Faulty Items

If your order is damaged during delivery or lost, we will send you a new item free of charge.

Please contact us immediately after delivery to report any issues.

Note: We are not responsible for stolen items if the tracking status shows "Delivered" and we receive a proof of delivery from the carrier or a photo of the package at the correct address (e.g., building entrance or doorstep).

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, regardless of the reason.

  • Returned items must be disassembled and in their original condition and packaging
  • Returns or exchanges are processed only after confirmation that the item has been shipped back
  • Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable, unless due to our mistake
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (initial and return)
  • No refund of shipping fees for refused or undeliverable packages

Important Notes

  • The customer acknowledges and agrees that once a shipment tracking number has been issued for the order, the order cannot be cancelled. At this stage, the goods are already in the shipping process, and all related costs shall be borne by the customer. Any requests for cancellation submitted after the issuance of the TTN shall be automatically rejected.
  • We do not accept cancellations for customized items. Returns/exchanges of custom orders are reviewed case by case.
  • Please double-check all order details. We are not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Price difference compensation is available only within 10 days of purchase.
  • All items are for indoor use only. Warranty is void if items are left outdoors and damaged by weather.
  • We kindly ask customers not to refuse the parcel upon delivery or cancel the order while delivery is done. If for any reason you wish to return your order, please accept the package first and contact us — we will help you arrange the return.
  • Refusing or cancel a parcel without prior notice results in significant international shipping and handling expenses that often equal the full product value. Therefore, an unnotified refusal of delivery will incur a cancellation fee, covering the actual shipping both to the place of delivery and back, handling, and processing costs.
