Shipping policy


 

ORDER PREPARATION

Products that are available in our warehouses are shipped within 1 business day. For items that require production, the processing time is typically 1–7 business days, depending on the product and finish.

Please note that we don’t work on weekends. Also please remember that production and delivery are two different processes and have their own terms.

During the holiday season, production times may extend up to 18 business days due to increased demand.

 

PAYMENTS

For your shopping convenience, we accept all major debit and credit cards from customers around the world. Also, you may pay through Paypal. The prices are in US Dollars. If we agree upon a refund, you will receive it within 1-3 business days. The shipping fee is paid by the recipient in advance.

 


SHIPPING

We ship with UPS, DHL Express, DPD, FedEx delivery companies.

It takes from 3 to 10 business days to deliver your package to the USA, Canada or Europe. Keep in mind that we ship from Ukraine and the international delivery is unpredictable and delays at customs are possible.

  

TAXES AND DUTIES

As long as we ship pieces of furniture, boxes are big and heavy. Thus, there is a possibility that you’ll have to pay customs duty and/or import tax.

There is no need to pay any duties if you are from: the USA, the UK, or EU countries, except for Norway and Switzerland.

  

GUARANTEES

We are fully responsible for our products and delivery. In case of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product for free. Therefore, there is no cause for concern. 

We provide a 2-year manufacturing warranty for each of our products. If the product has any fractures or damages that have appeared during usage and it is connected to the quality of manufacturing or materials we will replace it.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges. In case the order is at the proper state but you still want to return it, all delivery cost lies with customer. The item should be disassambled for the return.

In case you want to return because of damage of the items, we will send you a new product for free. 

Contact us after delivery. Ship items back within 30 days after you received the package. 

We don't accept cancellations on customized goods. The return and exchange of customized orders are discussed individually.
