We are fully responsible for our products and delivery.
In case of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product for FREE. Therefore, there is no cause for concern.
We accept returns and exchanges. In case the order is at the proper state but you still want to return it, all delivery cost lies with customer.
Contact me after delivery. Ship items back within 30 days after you received the package.
We don't accept cancellations on customized goods. The return and exchange of customized orders are discussed individually.
Compensation for the difference between old and new purchase prices for the items is available only within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you return the parcel, a refund will be made only after confirmation that items were received by postal service. In case of an exchange of goods, I will send you a replacement just after you return the parcel to the postal service.
DO NOT LEAVE THE ITEMS OUTSIDE. THEY ARE FOR INDOOR USE ONLY. Our warranty does not cover the damages caused by the weather conditions if items are left outside.
